Are You Sure Your Diet Doesnt Affect Your Acne?

For those of you who have met me, you know, I am often confused with a 18, when in reality I'm 27. I am currently teaching after-school kitchen in Brooklyn Middle School for children and I was confused with one of the students through an employee. Almost put me on issues to be on time! All I can say is that organic food and vegetables must be at work! ... and I use oil on Olay (SPF) every day, but I'm looking for a more natural that I love. Acne developing to the age of 18 I started to develop a mild case of adult acne. In fact, it was not so bad, but I realized that my face because it has always been very clear. I am stumped as to why this was happening. I solved the problem, and I thought it would be good to share with you my findings. Not just to show how food affects our skin, but also because we might want to work for you too! Caffeine about the same time that I developed acne is also becoming a coffee social. It took some time to put two and two together, but I experimented with the elimination of coffee. Guess what! The grain left. Hmmm ... Therefore, what could have been? So I calculated that my skin break if I had soda, tea or chocolate. The common factor is caffeine. In fact, I was so sensitive that even caused me to have stains decaffeinated. (Decaffeinated still contains a small amount of caffeine rest of the process.) Also later discovered that alcohol would have the same effect. I am not a specialist in dermatology, and many of them will tell you that what you eat does not affect whether you have acne or not, but I'll tell you first-hand experience he does . What seems to happen is that caffeine or alcohol can stimulate the production of oil on my skin (probably because of increased levels of hormones). The oil was likely to occur at a pace faster than my skin was capable of Slough, of course, outside of dead skin cells, so my pores get clogged. This is my non-technical version of what I think happens must've been my skin is clear! It has removed all forms of caffeine and alcohol and my skin is clear. Of course, I have the opportunity zit, but not often. I also think I have to wash my face with washcloths or exfoliates the afternoon and had the opportunity of grain to a minimum. If you need help to remove caffeine and develop healthy eating, I shall call for an initial consultation. You will also receive a life-long training with its nutritional advice ... because everything goes together. Do not just food! Melissa King 917-689-6530
